Warren brings almost 30 years of banking experience to Thatcher Finance having lead teams within the Business Banking, Government Banking and Community Banking sectors specialising in operational excellence and creating high-performance teams. As a mentor Warren has coached a new generation of bankers, instilling the importance of customer service excellence, relationship management and superior outcomes to a new generation of bankers.
